Presentations

All registered participants are invited to make a poster or oral presentation. In order to provide sufficient time for oral presentations and follow-up questions, the number of oral presentations will be limited.The organizing committee will review all submitted abstracts and decide which presentations will be oral and which will be posters.Please note that assignment of a given presentation to the oral or poster category will not reflect the committee's assessment of the relative importance of the presentation but rather will be done in an attempt to group oral presentations that follow similar themes and flow well from one to another. You will be notified by May 30, 2011 regarding the assignment of your presentation to an oral or poster session.

Oral
Each speaker will have 20 minutes total (including questions). Keynote speakers will have 45 minutes total (including questions). Chairpersons will be asked to maintain the schedule very strictly.


Poster
Posters will be grouped according to the topic of the sessions. During the poster sessions the contributor will be requested to be present at the poster stand for discussions with poster viewers.
 Poster size should be A0 (33.1 x 46.8 in or 841 x 1,189 mm), with portrait orientation (width should not exceed 900 mm )..
